Located on a steep hillside site this project centers on maximizing views, open space, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. Residential units are strategically shifted toward the southern edge of the site, forming two distinct building masses separated by open parking levels. This configuration creates a “floating beacon” above a channel of open space, enhancing visual permeability across the site.
